Summer 2024 - Virtual Book Club
Michigan Youth, age 14 to 24, are invited to apply for MI-IMPACT's First Summer Book Club. The theme for this year's book club is Embracing an Entrepreneurial Spirit. Participants will be provided two books - July reading "Strictly Business" by Brendan Cox and August reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert T. Kiyosaki and Sharon L. Lechter. All participants must attend two (2) virtual book club meetings to discuss themes and thoughts regarding the reading materials. Participants will sign up for virtual book club meetings (several dates and times will be available) upon acceptance into the program.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all Michigan Youth age 14 to 24 interested in learning more about Entrepreneurship by means of a virtual book club. There are no demographic requirements for this program – youth from rural, urban and suburban areas are invited to apply. Preference will be given to participants with modest annual family income. Participants MUST reside in Michigan full time.
